Not yet — but we plan to offer direct private rentals in the future. Right now all reservations are handled securely through Turo.
Pick-up is at Tampa International Airport (TPA) in the Remote Curbside / Ride App Pick-Up area at SkyCenter One.
From Blue/Red Terminal exit or baggage claim:
- Follow signs for Ground Transportation / Remote Curbside / Ride App Pick-Up.
- Take the SkyConnect train to SkyCenter One.
- Exit the train and continue following signs to Ride App Pick-Up
- Exit Skycenter One at the Ride App Pick-Up Curbside
Our delivery agent will pull up and hand you the key in person.
You can select one of Turo’s protection plans during checkout but it is not required.
If you don’t select a Turo plan, you may provide your own personal insurance details as most personal insurance covers rentals.
A valid driver’s license, a Turo account in good standing, and a payment method. Turo handles the verification.

No — pets are not allowed in the vehicles. This helps us keep the fleet clean and allergy-friendly.
Available add-ons will be shown in the Turo listing for that vehicle. If you don’t see it there, message us in Turo before booking.
No — smoking is prohibited. Violations may result in a Turo cleaning/deodorizing fee.
You can request to extend the trip in the Turo app (if the vehicle is available). Unapproved late returns may incur Turo late fees.
